There exists a "live cd" linux distro called knoppixppc, that
supposedly gets you part way:

Apparently, the requirements include that you convert your xcode
project to a Makefile project (there is a script), and use a non-Apple
(more standard) version of distcc. I haven't tried it out, but
according to the website it works
