Using Cocoa Classes With Java Ant In Xcode

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me with this problem. I'm quite experienced with Java development but am pretty new to doing it on the Mac platform in Xcode, and am a total novice using Ant.

My problem is that I'm writing an ant-based java program in Xcode and wish to use some cocoa classes. However the directory storing these classes is not included in the standard Java classpath. I can compile and run the program from the command like by specifying the location of the cocoa classes as follows:

javac -classpath /System/Library/Java:. MyProgram.java

java -classpath /System/Library/Java:. MyProgram

However I can't do the same within Xcode. I've tried following the Ant documentation to add this directory to the classpath but had no success. I don't know whether I did this wrong, or the problem is with Xcode. I know additions to the classpath can be set in Xcode, but the feature isn't there with an Ant project.

If anybody has done this beffore and knows a solution it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve.
