You can drag files in from the Finder, so you could remove the files from the Xcode project, move the files in the Finder, then drag them back into the project.

Xcode scrambles the order of the files that it drags in (at least I can't find an order it uses, but it isn't alphabetical), so if you are obsessive about the order the files appear in your file listing, you may have to do some clicky-draggy.
