Unable to Update Components(NSButton, NSOutllineView and NSTableView) when I Expand or Shrink My Window

Can anybody help me ,I m creating  an application using Interface Builder

in which main  Objects on the Main window are NSButtons and NSTableView and

NSOutlineView, but when I expand the window then all the Buttons and outline

Views get misplaced on Screen and come over each other
