Is there a fixed version of Xcode 1.5 where the permissions for the SDKs are not root:admin but root:wheel so that you can't delete a /System Framework from the disk when using Xcode?

I'm looking at the October 2004 DVD and the problem is there. A quick workaround can be to change the permissions by myself but I was wondering if the problem did get fixed on a CD Mailing.
