I created a new Build rule for my target, setting the compiler to gcc
3.3 for my language. This new rule precedes the (unchangeable) system
rule in the list, so it takes precedence.

This got rid of libmx for me.

Now I need to figure out how to make sure the post-10.2 API I am calling
is WEAK linked. Still working on that one. Still can't run on 10.2.
