Thanks, I had set that in the Target build settings. I have now set it
in the PROJECT settings and will try to figure out if that makes a
difference!

I think my problem is since I'm not compiling C code, the Availability
Macros aren't doing their 'weak' attribute setting (per TN2064). I need
to figure out how to get this attribute set in Pascal->assembler, or
write a C interface routine.
