Hey, I've got a question/suggestion. As far as I know, there's no
way to do this. If there is, please let me know; if there isn't,
then I hearby suggest it!
So, lately I find myself working on 2 or 3 projects at once. I find
myself wishing I could either hide or minimize all the windows
associated with a particular project with a single click or
command. Now, what would be REALLY cool was if this could tie into
exposé, so you'd have an option when using exposé to either display
all windows for the application, or all windows for the current
project.
Thoughts?
File a feature request, or use the all-in-one layout.
I think that Interface Builder have something like the functionality
you're asking for. If you miniaturize the nib window, all the
associated / contained windows hide.
I think that Xcode should (optionally) work this way too. I think I
filed a request for something like this in the past, but you should
do it too if you're interested - mine is probably buried by the sands
of time by now.
