permanent breakpoint?

I have a breakpoint which does not seem to really exit (no blue arrow) and which I cannot get rid of (Delete is selectable, but neither choosing it or pressing it on the keyboard has any effect. See the breakpoints window below. The line in question is the one beginning with 'using':

#include "system.h"

using namespace std;

#include "EnhancementSet.h"

(As usual, I wish Mail would let me indent paragraphs like every other mail package I've ever used has allowed)

Any ideas how to get rid of this breakpoint? I note that the '-' preceding it is odd....

Thanks,

Markian

PS: Has Preview.app never allowed me to set the jpg compression of an image I'm re-saving? I was sure I used to be able to do it!
