change in pbfilespec in xcode 2.2?

Does anyone know if there was a format change to the .pbfilespec and pblangspec file formats between 2.2 and earlier versions? I have some files that were written against an older version xcode that supposedly work, but do not seem to work in 2.2. I've looked through the 2.2 documentation and I can't find any reference to pblangspec.
