bundling dylibs in frameworks

instead of embedding the frameworks and dylibs lets just build ossim framework using static libs. i cant find a good way to do the embedded libs except to put ossim framework in the bundle with imagelinker, but then none of the command line apps will work nor iview.

i will build a version with static libs by creating a directory /usr/ local/lib/static with just the libs i need for building ossim framework. it doesnt look like the apps have any dependence on the libs so if we get the static libs linked in then everything should work with no extra compiles required.
