Debugger REAL SLOW...

I'm running xcode 2.2, and it seems like my app runs real slow when I'm debugging, It takes 2 seconds to respond to a mouse click, and 48 seconds to bring up a standard file dialog, or to scroll through it. I'm running on a dual 1GHz G4. It never used to run this slow.
