.h file not found? XCode 1.5

I'm trying to have my code use a .h file that I added to my project (added via the "new empty file"). #include <> or #include "" doesn't work. I see the file in the project, and I've also added it's directory to the active target's "search paths". "Open quickly" doesn't find it either. What else do I need to do to get it added to the build & "open quickly" search paths?
