Error messages when starting Xcode

  • Subject: Error messages when starting Xcode
  • From: Christopher Henrich <email@hidden>

I was composing a letter about some strange behavior that Xcode has started to exhibit (unless my own memory is completely astray), when I discovered something even more alarming.

When I launch the Xcode app, these messages appear in the system console:

2005-02-28 18:26:23.556 Xcode[283] _NSCodeAndEnumerationFlagForTypeInSuite(): The type 'NSData<QDPoint>' used in the script suite 'PBXProjectSuite' wasn't parsed successfully.
2005-02-28 18:26:23.556 Xcode[283] _NSCodeAndEnumerationFlagForTypeInSuite(): The type 'NSData<QDPoint>' used in the script suite 'PBXProjectSuite' wasn't parsed successfully.

Is this a known bug, or a symptom of horrible things happening to my hard drive, or what?

Details:

Processor = Dual 867 MHz PowerPC G4
		1 MB L3 cache per processor

Memory = 256 MB DDR SDRAM

OS = Mac OS X Version 10.3.8

Xcode = Xcode 1.5.

(Hmm... maybe I should update my version of Xcode?)

Thanks in advance for any help.

Chris Henrich
