We've had a problem with XCode getting really slow over time. Usually
we find that rebooting the computer fixes the problem. I'm guessing
that you've already tried rebooting, but if not I would give that a
try. We've had this problem on earlier versions of OS X and earlier
versions of XCode so our problem may not be related to yours.
