Hi,
I am working on a library with an external makefile target, that also
creates an executable. I added the executable as a new custom
executable, set the path, and made sure that it was selected with the
little blue button in the top area where files are listed, and in the
detailed build results it is selected as the active executable in the
detailed build results. Still, the run and debug symbols are grayed
out and if I build and debug, I get the message, "Debug session
cancelled: No launchable executable present to debug." I have
cleaned the project, but that did nothing to help.
Any ideas?
That stupid xcode sometime do not found the executable in the bundle.
(don't ask me why)
You'll have to put the complete path into the custom executable dialog
, For example : /Applications/MyApp/Contents/MacOS/NameOfMyExecutable
Hope this helps
Thanks for the idea Oliver, but unfortunately the complete path is
already there!
