I was expecting it to be intuitive, but I guess it's not. Searching the list\documentation didn't help either.
I'm using Xcode v1.5 on a Mac OS 10.3.7

For example, I've changed the 'Library Search Paths' in the target setting, then I want to take it back to it's default, so I won't see it in the customized setting anymore. I opened the edit setting dialog and erased the whole path (which is the default). Still that setting was listed in the customized list. Some settings have default that is less easy to remember.
1. How do I set one of the settings to it's default ?
2. Why was the 'Library Search Paths' setting still showing in the customized list ?, although the documentation say that it's a smart group.

Did you set the search path to blank or did you delete it?

blank.

Here's how you can tell. When you enter a path you will notice that "Library Search Paths" becomes bold. If you just clear the path you will see that "Library Search Paths" is still bold. However, if you click on it and hit delete you will see the bold goes away.

right. so it's not that hard. thanks.
