Ok, now that I look again, I see that its very well explained at: http://www.cocoadev.com/index.pl?XcodeProjectTemplates

Anyone else find it ironic that this aspect of Apple's tool for developing applications in a variety of languages is "very well explained" at a third party's web site devoted to Cocoa development? Not likely a C++ programmer would find it there.

Too bad Apple's only docs don't address this better. (Too bad there's not just a GUI setting for this in the Project Settings -- it's a project relative setting after all -- I may be a contractor working on source for a variety of clients that will own it ultimately.)
