So what would be best way for us to get some change happening in Documentation, or is it happening already? Would it be just a bug report, or what?

LOL! Andy Bachorski and I wrote the last Kon & Bal published. ;-)

I've been looking for a more informal format that our current technote & Q&A's. Perhaps I could do a K&B via our Q&A format... ;-)
