In the meantime, there are a couple of us working on figuring out
enough of the interface to build plugin's to support Mono and C# code
in Xcode, so if you feel like it you are welcome to join us on
#cocoa# (irc.gimp.net) and we'll be happy to let you know what we
find :-)

No, we have not published an API for others to add plug-ins to
Xcode, but we plan to do so in the future.
