They'll just charge another $200 support incident to my account. I'm
not kidding. I emailed a bug report to that address by mistake, and
was charged. I replied to an inquiry I received and was charged.
They graciously refund them after a ping or two, but I digress... ;)
Nowhere during Apple's ordering process did it mention that the
Transition Kit was not to be discussed on public lists, only that
you must be a Select or Premier member to order. Apple should
provide links to the appropriate documentation, and additional
information regarding the kit. Where is it? I've seen bits and
pieces of info on the web, but can't locate anything official, not
even within the ADC area.

There are the terms for the developer transition kit. Section 8.

Heh, heh, cool. Yeah, I'd read that doc before, but it wouldn't come
up in any the searches I fed into the dev site.
