I've been building some projects using gcc 4.0 and now these projects no longer work in 10.3, am I doing something wrong or is this normal?

Applications which use C++ (and therefore link against libstdc++.dylib) or link against libgcc_s.dylib will only run on 10.3.9 or later. Are you running an earlier 10.3.x release?
