Yeah, that should be 1GB :)
It's true we don't run on the minimum requirements, but we do try to
run on what we see as more midrange machines being used by developers
(I just recently got the G5).
Also, running on minimal systems all the time isn't the perfect
solution either for fixing performance problems since you tend to
"normalize" expectations to what you mainly work on (when I was on
the PB all the time, the G5 seemed really fast, but now that I'm on
the G5 more often, the Powerbook seems slower). In fact, it actually
helps to have two different machines since it highlights if a problem
is dependent on CPU, I/O, graphics card, memory, etc.
