Setting gcc 3.3 in Rules tab not working

I tried setting up my project to use gcc 3.3 in the Rules tab of the target. I chose GCC 3.3 for the System C Rule, it told me I needed to make a copy, so I did and set that to 3.3. But when I build, it still uses 4.0. What am I missing?
