ZeroLink and static libraries

  • Subject: ZeroLink and static libraries

My application project has several subprojects that build static libraries, and I can't seem to get ZeroLink to work with that setup. When I build it, it says "Build failed" with no error message in the log. If I try running it anyway (just for kicks), there is a stream of error messages about ZeroLink not being able to find .ab files for each static library. Of course, they're not there, because it's looking in the application build folder. In fact, I can't find any .ab files even in the subproject build folders.

Where are these .ab files really supposed to be, and what is supposed to put them there? Is this the mysterious build step that's silently failing?

I searched the archives and found messages from other people with the same or similar problems, but no solutions. Has anyone solved this?

This is with XCode 1.5 on 10.3.9.
