Problem compiling after upgrade to XCode 2.1

Hello,

I just upgraded to XCode 2.1, and my OSX 10.3.8 Cocoa app which compiled fine a few minutes earlier under XCode 2.0, gives me this error:

can't locate file for: -lSystemStubs
Command /usr/bin/g++-4.0 failed with exit code 1

Any ideas?
