Hi Andy,

Just use the custom executable features.
Put there the location of the app wich is going to launch your bundle.
(Right click on Executables, Add > New Custom Executable)
I do this everyday as an audio plugin developer and it works perfectly.




Note, however, that certain apps will attempt to prevent you attaching a debugger - namely iTunes. If that's what you're having trouble with, you might find this useful :
