Project > New Custom Executable
Fill in the name of program, and the full location to it, and then
fill in the rest of the details. Should be fairly self-explanatory
from there.
Note however, that I'm currently having problems doing this in 2.0
and 2.1. It was working in 2.1 this morning, but now it's not
stopping at breakpoints. See my other post on this to come in a few
minutes.
