IIRC on Windows and Intel:

mmintrin.h == MMX
xmmintrin.h == SSE
emmintrin.h == SSE2
pmmintrin.h == SSE3

There's yet another header for Itanium-only SIMD instructions, and if it happens to be there in the SDK, that'll spark another round of rumors...
