Interface Builder hangs on launch

Hi,

After installing Xcode 2.1, Interface Builder just displays an alert message and hangs. The message reads:
"Alert The Entreprise Objects Framework can't be initialized correctly!".
Where do I go from here?

I'm running Mac OS X Server 10.4.1 build 8B13. The server packages were installed after the Mac OS X client installation.

I reinstalled Xcode (not full reinstall I guess - upgraded with the installer) with no luck.
