link error under 10.3.0 SDK

I have a project which builds fine under the 10.4 Universal SDK.

Under the 10.3.0 SDK, it produces this link error:

/usr/bin/ld: can't locate file for: -lSystemStubs

There's nothing in the project with a name like that, nor does the build transcript show anything remotely similar (other than the error line, above).

I've scanned Project and Target Info up and and down. If there's something in there that pertains, I'm missing it.

How to fix this? Any pointers most welcome...
