Since upgrading to XCode 2.1, clicking on a breakpoint in the gutter doesn't remove it - it just disables it. Is this an intentional change in behaviour or has something gone wrong with (all) my projects? Is there any way to get the old behaviour back as it's really annoying to have to keep going into the breakpoints editor and removing hundreds of old breakpoints?

I don't know about setting the feature back to the way it was but you can delete the breakpoint by ctrl-click on it and select "remove breakpoint"
