Just wanted to bring some elements to this unanswered question: since
Apple's documentation advised us to *prefer* ISO-based designators, we
were using them *from the start* in the little project I'm
collaborating to (URL: http://dvdmanager.free.fr/).

Our app appeared on Jaguar, we've added about a dozen ISO-designated
localizations to our bundle, and it gained support for Panther when
available. FYI, it's today targetted to both Panther & Tiger (we've
removed our support to Jaguar…), and we're still using the same
ISO-designated localizations.

So don't worry about this and just follow Apple's recommendations. Always ;) !
