We're both running 10.3.8. I have Xcode 1.5 and he has 1.0 or 1.1 (don't remember, but it's less than 1.5). Do the dev tools installers touch these header files?

DevTools installs instal 10.3.0 headers by default. You can only get the 10.3.8 headers by doing the FullNetInstall, and then when doing the upgrade of Xcode to 1.5, going into Custom Install and deselecting the "Mac OS X SDK", "BSD SDK", and "X11 SDK" checkboxes.
