Sadly, no. There is no way currently to import one target from another
project into a different project. Ideally, when we support this I'd
hope that all you would have to do is drag in the target from another
project. For now, you'll have to recreate the target manually. You
should be able to copy-paste build settings from the old target into
the new target though (that should help to avoid transcription
mistakes).
