Cocoa nib file corruption when using split views?

  • Subject: Cocoa nib file corruption when using split views?

I'm working on an app with several split views. I don't have any direct proof, but it seems like every time I do any serious work on a nib file that includes a split view, I eventually wind up with a corrupted nib file. IB does not complain about the file when this happens, but when the app runs I get all sorts of odd problems like tables drawing oddly, nested views not drawing at all, etc. Re-creating the nib file fixes the problem in all cases.

I have not seen this behavior in nibs where I don't use split views.

Is this a know issue? Anyone have a suggestion?

Dave
