The Code Sense and Styles tabs are available for Get Info on the
Project, not individual targets. Those settings are project-wide.

The strikeout type indicates that that setting is overridden by a
setting in the current Build Style, which you can find in the
Project's Get Info box.
In my project build styles, "hidden local variables" is off. However,
in my target, "hidden local variables" has a strikeout. I must be
missing some other place? I DO note that in the project build styles
its in bold (some of the other lines are NOT in bold). I'm not sure
what that means.
The "shadowing" warnings DO show up in my compiles, too. So it IS
turned on somewhere…
