DevTools version

How can I tell which version of DevTools is installed on a machine? Will looking at the Xcode version tell me? Or a file in /Developer? Or in /usr/include?

I know I've installed DevTools 1.5 on one machine, but I'm not sure about another one, which is giving me compile errors from CW (and the installed version of CW is the same on both, as is the OS).
