bug in xcode interface?

I have an interesting issue (and screenshot) where when I click in the project window's title bar, the build button in the toolbar depresses. But, it's NOT functional. ie, a build does not occur, and holding down the mouse does not cause the build/clean/all menu to appear.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there anything I can do to give apple more info? ie, console info or something?

Do I need to file a bug, or is this known?

Xcode 1.5, BTW!
