Help->Documentation->Xcode Help->Editing Files->Using Code Completion,
near the bottom of the section:
"Xcode also provides keyboard shortcuts for common code completion
tasks. For example, to bring up the completion list, you can type
Control–period or F5. To move to the next argument in a declaration
that Xcode has completed for you, type Control–slash."
