Just stating that something doesn't build won't get it fixed either...

Mozilla falls into this category as well. It targets the 10.2.8 SDK and
builds fine on Panther. Tiger is a different story. It would be nice if
using the same compiler and same SDK would build between different OS's

You care to outline the issue you are hitting?
