We get it for every target we build, and adds a lot of noise to the
output. Any ideas on what to delete or add to fix it?

Um... what about adding the missing XCPluginHasUI key to the Info.plist of /Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Plug-ins/J2EEAssistant.pbplugin?
