We get it for every target we build, and adds a lot of noise to the output. Any ideas on what to delete or add to fix it?
Ok, just a wild guess here but I'd try deleting "/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Plug-ins/J2EEAssistant.pbplugin".
This goes for all .pbplugins in that folder. Those are left over from ProjectBuilder and are not used by Xcode; their equivalents have the .xcplugin file extension.
