PS, how do you find out about things like
PBXPageGuideOutOfBoundsTransparency? I just tried "find . -type f
-exec grep --text PBXPageGuideOutOfBoundsTransparency {} \;" across
everything in Xcode.app, but it didn't turn it up. Where's the key?
The fool-proof way is to get a job in Apple Engineering and browse the
source. The other way is to read the list and wait for Scott to tell
you :-}
I don't know any other way to do it, since by the time this info gets
into an executable, it's just numeric constants. You could browse the
defaults database ("defaults read com.apple.foobar"), but typically,
defaults like this one aren't normally set, so won't show up; and
without Scott to tell you, it would be hard to associate something like
PBXPageGuideOutOfBoundsTransparency with "the transparency of that area
of the editor window on the right hand side".
