Unknown class in nib file

  • Subject: Unknown class in nib file

Five months into development, I am getting this message for all but one of the classes in my project:
Unknown class `ClassName' in nib file, using `NSObject' instead.
This first occurred one evening when I was drowsy, so I'm not clear what I did, but I'd been mixing the command and shift keys. Any clues as to recovering from this? Nothing looks wrong in either the Project window or the MainMenu.nib window.
