change it from the project window (if you have it in the toolbar) or from the project menu or from the build results window toolbar etc...
I think that the popup in the project info is now just for examining the settings for the various build styles

This de-coupling is really good! I was annoyed to no end that if you changed the pop-up in the inspector in Xcode 1.x, you would change build style for the project.


It might of course still make sense to make the pop-up default to the currently selected build style when you open the inspector.
