I have seen this note but it seems to only appli global environment variables to one specific user and not "all" existing or future users. In my case, i would like to deviler an Oracle based application that should be avilable to any user on the computer. It seem as if there would not be an appropriate option so I tried to use the environment of the bundle that also did not work as expected.
