I believe that simply putting "Set" next to the popup and having current preset marked in the popup menu would be quite a desirable solution for me.

If it isn't intended that the build style can be changed in the inspector can the drop-down be replaced with a label? Having a drop- down indicates that the value is changeable. This one got me for a while as I didn't know you could change the build style elsewhere.
