The domain/default pair of (com.apple.Xcode, XCSCMDebugSCMCompareScript) does not exist

I just started getting this message on my 10.4.1 installation when I do SCM > Compare with > Latest

Usually this brings up FileMerge with a graphical diff of the current version against the last checked in version. Now it just prints the above message to the Console and fails.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Thanks!

Rick
