Duplicate panel in style inspector settings

When I open the project inspector and look at the settings, I see a duplicate section entitled "GNU C/C++ Compiler" as shown in this picture:

I don't think this is normal, and I suspect it may have to do with having once (in the past) used gcc_select to select 3.3 even though 4.0 was already installed.  I've since gcc_select'ed 4.0 but this has no effect.  I've tried deleting XCode prefs (grasping at straws) but to no avail.  Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
